Diafora, under the leadership of Véronique Préaux-Cobti, co-founded and co-led with Marie-Claude Peyrache the BoardWemen Partner programme fo 10 years.
This programme, based on cross-mentoring between Chairpersons of major companies and senior women leaders, brought together over 130 participants, including 60 CEO Mentors, forming 120 mentoring pairs. It led to the appointment of women to 105 corporate boards. 48 major companies took part in this programme, establishing Diafora as a pioneering force in fostering gender balance in corporate leadership.
