Anne-Marie brings over 25 years of international experience to Diafora. A specialist in supporting executives, teams, and women leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds, she helps develop inclusive, committed, and resilient leadership. She has led European projects and contributed to EU and UN initiatives promoting gender equality. A systemic coach and certified trainer with CTI and CRR Global, Anne-Marie works in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

An expert in strategic communication, Victoria brings to Diafora extensive experience gained in international groups such as Honeywell and Valeo, where she led communications. Bilingual (English/French) and bicultural, she has been supporting companies and Executive MBA students since 2011 on topics including management, change, and personal branding. Certified coach (Co-Active and ORSC, ICF accredited).

A specialist in leadership, engagement, and professional development, Valérie brings to Diafora her extensive experience from Cegos, where she managed large-scale training programmes in France and abroad. She notably developed "learning accelerators"—innovative methods for intensive learning. Today, she contributes to Diafora with a pragmatic, behavioral (NLP), and educational approach.

A communications expert, Catherine works with top business schools, leads an APM executive club, and designs tailor-made development programmes. A certified coach (Académie du Coaching), trained in Nonviolent Communication and Narrative Practices, she draws on solid experience in international marketing, internal communications, and leadership training—gained notably at Orange and Global One. She works in French and English.

An expert in interpersonal communication and intercultural coaching, Elham supports executives, managers, and multicultural teams. A former Director of Internal Communications, co-founder of a women leaders’ network, she is now an EMCC-accredited coach, certified HEC Global Executive Coach, and Systemic Team Coach. BoardWomen Partners and DIAFORA

Diafora, under the leadership of Véronique Préaux-Cobti, co-founded and co-led with Marie-Claude Peyrache the BoardWemen Partner programme fo 10 years.
This programme, based on cross-mentoring between Chairpersons of major companies and senior women leaders, brought together over 130 participants, including 60 CEO Mentors, forming 120 mentoring pairs. It led to the appointment of women to 105 corporate boards. 48 major companies took part in this programme, establishing Diafora as a pioneering force in fostering gender balance in corporate leadership.
