Cross-company training courses Female Talent
Gender balance in business cannot simply be imposed. It is built, through women who grow in confidence and influence, take their place and, in turn, inspire others.
Our women’s leadership training programmes are designed to do exactly that: give women a dedicated space in which to develop their self-confidence, assert their leadership style and raise their professional visibility within their organisation.
What makes our approach so effective? An cross-company format that creates a unique group dynamic. By bringing together women from a wide range of professional backgrounds, each training programme also becomes a space for discussion, shared resources and lasting connections, leading to membership of an international network ofcommitted women leaders.
Because developing women’s leadership means investing in more balanced, innovative and successful organisations.
Because needs evolve throughout a professional journey, we offer training programmes tailored to key moments in the career cycle: starting a new role, stepping into leadership, building self-confidence, and more.
Each session brings together participants from a variety of sectors, encouraging mutual learning, the sharing of best practices, and the expansion of professional networks. Delivered in person or online, these sessions welcome participants based in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas — representing over 75 countries and nationalities.
Our interactive teaching methods ensure each participant leaves with concrete tools to strengthen their positioning, presence, and accelerate their career trajectory.
“Participants in our cross-company programs leave with greater confidence, a stronger network, and a broader vision for their professional future.”

How does a neutral space encourage open expression?
By providing an environment removed from internal reporting lines, allowing participants to explore their questions fully without fear of judgement.
Stepping outside your usual environment makes it easier to take a fresh look at your practices.
How can the risk of stigmatising women be reduced?
By avoiding programmes that target only women within the company, this training prevents participants from feeling singled out or treated as though they need an ‘adjustment’.
How can perceptions of reverse discrimination be prevented?
Some women-only internal programmes may be perceived as discriminatory and provoke negative reactions within the organisation, thereby increasing ‘gender fatigue’ or resistance to these initiatives.
Because cross-company training is delivered externally, it reduces this perception.
How can participants benefit from a diversity of perspectives and corporate cultures?
Meeting women from different sectors and companies enriches discussion by offering a variety of viewpoints and experiences, creating a powerful source of learning and inspiration for developing leadership.
How can you build a broader, supportive network?
The training enables participants to build relationships beyond their own company, encouraging the sharing of best practice and mutual support. Joining the Diafora alumni community helps embed learning and continue the conversation.
Our cross-company programmes support women at every stage of their careers, as well as emerging talent and managers on mixed-gender pathways, enabling them to assert their leadership and build strong international networks.
Diafora offers 4 targeted cross-company programmes for women talent, tailored to their career stage.
‘Building a Successful Career’ for women with 3 to 10 years’ experience. ‘Marketing Yourself’ for those who want to strengthen their professional image and visibility after 10 years’ experience.
‘Lead with Intention’ and ‘Master Executive Impact’ for senior managers with recognised potential. Our team can guide you towards the programme best suited to your career stage.
By taking part, participants join the Diafora community, an informal network of women leaders spanning 60 countries.
Quarterly 45-minute online ‘Let’s talk…’ sessions in French and English maintain the momentum, featuring experts and/or inspiring personalities. The training is not an end point; it is a starting point.
Diafora’s trainers are experts in gender balance and leadership, are qualified coaches and bring multicultural experience.
Through workshops, training and comprehensive action plans, they help make gender balance a pillar of cultural transformation and the renewal of leadership models.
They draw on the scientific foundations provided by Humans Matter’s neuroscience research.

All women in business who want to progress in their careers: emerging talent (3–10 years’ experience), established managers (10–14 years’ experience), senior managers and experts with leadership potential (more than 14 years’ experience). Four distinct programmes are available according to your profile and objectives.
Tailored in-house, reporting lines and internal politics often limit open discussion. In an cross-company setting, you are outside your organisation’s usual environment and scrutiny. The participants’ sectoral and cultural diversity creates a richness of discussion and freedom to speak openly that cannot be replicated internally. It is precisely this format that generates the most profound transformations.
Diafora carefully forms its groups (12–18 participants face-to-face and 10–12 participants remotely), balancing sectoral diversity with participants’ levels of seniority. Nothing is left to chance: the quality of the discussion depends directly on the breadth of experience represented.
Yes. Our programmes are delivered in English to welcome participants of all nationalities. Sessions bring together women from more than 60 countries, offering a uniquely multicultural experience in France.
It is the phenomenon that occurs when talented women from different companies recognise themselves in one another: the same skills, the same doubts and the same ambition, sometimes held back. This moment of recognition breaks the sense of isolation and changes how obstacles are perceived, from personal to systemic. It is often the turning point in a training programme.
