Target audience:
Women and men identified within ‘future leaders’ talent pools, with 5 to 15 years of professional experience, working in demanding and constantly evolving environments.

Objectives:
• Clarify professional ambition and identify nonnegotiables.
• Position oneself within the career cycle and prioritise development levers to strengthen skills, presence, influence.
• Understand the impact of gendered dynamics and unconscious biases on decisions, visibility and career trajectories.
• Adopt a inclusive leadership posture: combining collaborative performance, effective communication and inclusion.
• Leverage the richness of a mixed-gender, intercompany group to broaden  perspectives, refine positioning and share practices.

Format:

• 1 day / 7 hours
• Face to Face: Maximum 18 participants
