Payment Terms:

Invoices are payable upon receipt, or at the latest within 30 days from the invoice date.

Postponement and Cancellation Conditions

Any cancellation or postponement of a registration must be notified to Diafora by email. It may be made free of charge up to thirty (30) days before the start of the training.

If the cancellation or postponement occurs less than thirty (30) clear days before the session start date, the full training fee remains payable. The Client may, however, substitute the registered participant with another participant, subject to the replacement profile being compatible with the training objectives.

In the event of force majeure preventing the delivery of the training, Diafora shall not be held liable and will inform the Client as soon as possible.
