Terms And Conditions

Payment Terms:

Invoices are payable upon receipt, or at the latest within 30 days from the invoice date.

Withdrawal or Cancellation:

If a client cancels their participation less than 30 calendar days before the start of the training session, the full fee will remain due. However, the participant may be replaced by another person whose profile matches the requirements of the training.

DIAFORA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session no later than 30 days before the scheduled start date.
